Hozzávalók:
400 g liszt
200 g vaj
200 g porcukor
1 tojás
2 teáskanál vanília
1 teáskanál sütőpor
csipet só

Ingredients:
400 g flour
200 g butter
200 g powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
Place
the butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl and cream together. Do not
overwork the mixture, or the cookies will spread during baking. Add the
egg and the vanilla to the butter mixture, whisking
until well incorporated. Sift in the flour (with the baking powder) and
mix until just combined. Gather the dough into a ball, flatten it out
into a disk, wrap it in cling film and chill for at least
30 minutes. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll out
until about 4-5 mm thick. Use cookie cutters to cut out the desired
shapes. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cookies for 8–10 minutes
(depending on size),
or until the edges are golden brown. Leave to cool on a wire rack.
